Hidden Treasures?

I put together a collection of my favorite photos of places that I have visited that are not the mainstream tourist destinations. They are the secret “treasures” that are mostly known by and frequented by locals.

From nature shots of one day trips to Northern Israel and the Galilee to Zichron Yaakhov where I live and all the way to the South into the Negev desert.

Our Favorite Pictures of Israel’s Hidden Treasures

Many of these pictures were taken during Tiyulim (tours) that i have taken with my family. I am happy to share these treasures with you. For more details, see my Israel Day Trips.

A unique combination of  beautifully diverse landscapes coupled with a relatively small geographic area  essentially means that you can see everything from a dry desert Wadi or riverbed in the morning to a lush mountain countryside in the afternoon.

Enjoy…

We would also invite you to  share some of your favorites with us.

We hope you have enjoyed our photo gallery. As I said, Lisa and I are always discovering new places and things to photograph and we invite you as our guest to contribute to this page and our main Israel photo gallery as well.

Of course, that is not a substitute for visiting Israell in the near future. With limitless things to do and see, you will find yourself wanting more and more.
